Bearing units are used as guide plates in combination with a vertical profile. The eccentric and centric units differ in the design of the bolts. By using eccentric bolts, a backlash-free guide can be produced by subsequent adjustment. The bearing units therefore always have to be installed in pairs in centric and eccentric design. It is also absolutely necessary to install a scraper and lubrication system.

Angle for positive-locking reinforcement of profile connections and for attaching components to the profile structures.
Central plate set simple

Non-positive profile connector. Easy to use and little outlay (screws / through-drill) for both of these connecting profiles. The type of connection cannot be built into an existing frame construction at a later date and there is only minimal room for play. The recommended tightening force is 25 Nm. From 8 Nm ESD capability.

ALVÁRIS strengthens Management Team

Rankweil, Austria - 10.08.2020 - With the appointment of Dr. Feil to the management board of the international ALVÁRIS Profile Systems GmbH, the Austrian manufacturer of Aluminum Profile Systems and Automation Technology strengthens his top management and launches the next phase of its growth strategy.

In the past years, ALVÁRIS has developed from trading company selling predominantly aluminum profiles and accessories to an international manufacturer of automated turn-key solutions in the areas of rack construction and conveyor technology.

“By attracting Mr. Feil, we will propel the internationalization of our group and activate the group's internal development potential," emphasizes Manfred Filzmaier, owner and CEO of the ALVÁRIS Group.
