Frictional, self-locking section connecter. Simple application and the smallest amount of time and effort for
processing (no chip removing process necessary). The sections are infi nitely variable in their location and can
also be installed retrospectively into existing constructions. This connection technology is used very often in site assembled construction. The recommended fastening torques is 25 Nm.

For the fast and firm connection of two aluminium profiles. No profile machining. Self-cutting thread. The recommended fastening torque is 10 Nm.The covering cap is not included in the scope of delivery and has to be ordered separately. (Illustration with covering cap)

Force-fi t profile connector. Simple application and low processing effort (only 1 frontal thread in one of the profiles to be connected). This kind of connection cannot subsequently be built into the existing frame constructions. They can however be set in their position in a stageless manner. The one sided variation is predominantly used with frame constructions. With this type of connection, you don’t have to notch the used surface element.

The ZAK mega connector is designed for strong connections between aluminium strut profiles. For the optimal application of the connector it is necessary to use a notching device or notching tool.

The central connector is designed for strong connections between aluminium strut profiles. The profiles can be turned in any direction, thus enabling the assembly of non-standard configurations. The grooves of two opposite profiles remain clear and can be used for inserting field elements. It is also possible to assemble enclosed containers.

The bayonet connector is designed for the connection of aluminium strut profiles. The shape of the groove and the thickness of the material must be suitable for the connector.

This connector is used for cross cut profiles up to an angle of 45 degrees. The necessary profile processing can be done using a drilling gauge and a hand drill. Supports or bracing cannot be subsequently set in a frame construction.

Non-positive profile connector. Easy to use and little outlay (variable drilling in one of the connecting profiles). The profiles can be variably set in their positions and can be retrospectively built into existing constructions. To guarantee an optimal fastening hold, these connectors should always be built in pairs.Twisting protection can be interrupted. The recommended tightening force is 25 Nm.
